• Provide IT support (desk-side, telephone and remote) and user IT security training
• Create user accounts and maintain associated directories on premise domain and Azure
• Assist management of on-premises physical, virtual and cloud server environments
• Maintain security, integrity, upgrade scheduling and back-up procedures
• Maintain charity wide mobile devices and associated connectivity requirements
• Troubleshoot and rectify 1st/2nd line issues across entire network and server infrastructure
• 1st/2nd line support of server-based applications (Finance)
• Maintain up to date inventory of IT assets
• You will also be required to provide 1st line support to the tenant organisations located within London HQ offices
• MCSE Server Engineer with 2+ years’ experience as practitioner (desirable)
• Previous experience working as 1st/2nd Line Support
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows 10 and Server 2012/2016/2022 R2
• Microsoft Office - Both Office365 and Azure Active Directory
• Previous experience managing Exchange and Teams admin centre
• Previous experience of managing VMware architecture
• Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
