Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing and estate management service for a designated ‘patch’ of homes.
Collect all rent and service charge income due to the Council, minimising rent and service charge arrears, through robust and effective income management and providing, where necessary, advice and guidance to help people manage financial challenges.
Responsible for all allocations, lettings, tenancy sign-ups, mutual exchanges, tenancy successions and void management (including receiving and managing notices of termination received from tenants and pre-termination visits) within the designated ‘patch’.
