They’re looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to run a smooth, courteous and efficient running kitchen operation. You will be responsible for ensuring food standards are continually maintained, staff are effectively managed, and targets are met. An initial team of Sous, CDP & KP will be enhanced with casual staff as required.
