You will be reporting directly to the Repairs Operations Manager, managing a team of Multi-Maintenance Operatives, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and completing a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including undertaking planned and responsive repairs for tenants, staff and void properties. For this reason, it's paramount that you have a number of skills from other recognised trades i.e., carpentry, plumbing, tiling and electrical work. You will be a first responder in cases of emergency and will be trusted to provide a high-quality service in accordance with the relevant safety regulations.
