We are looking for someone who has a passion for EDI and the local community and enjoys building relationships with external parties/stakeholders. Equally, you will also have experience of supporting Equality, Diversity and/or Inclusive practice initiatives, designing and delivering training materials in accordance with this, and communicating these messages to a wide range of audiences.
Experience of collating, accurately analysing and interpreting complex quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and trends is a must. The role also requires the ability to encourage and influence others to build trust in order to solicit new ideas and introduce new ways of thinking.
