- Deliver and evolve the always-on activity for digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, affiliates, programmatic and app
- Be integral to campaign activity, from ideation right through to delivery, analysis and reporting
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners to ensure channels and campaigns are optimised
- Ensure that campaigns are integrated across all touchpoints
- Strong experience in performance marketing, having undertaken digital campaigns, ideally in an eCommerce and/or app context
- Demonstrable examples of profitable paid user acquisition
- Strong experience running paid campaigns, especially Google App Campaigns, Apple Search, Affiliates and Programmatic
- A strong understanding of digital tools, analytics and tracking technologies
- Experience working with marketing attribution models
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking
