The role sits within our Communications, Marketing and Recruitment Directorate.
It is in our digital content team, which is separate from our student recruitment marketing and student success teams. This allows them to focus on our important stories and events outside our marketing campaigns.
Requirements :
This role is more than social media. We want someone who makes webpages and mini-sites for projects and then uses social media to amplify them.
Good copywriting is vital to this role. We want someone with lots of experience in quickly and accurately subbing or producing content with the right tone of voice.
Someone who knows what channel is suitable for different messages. Someone who is constantly evaluating and improving what they do.
They also need to know how to support others with their work. They’ll be guiding the Digital Content Editor with our central social media and helping people across Goldsmiths with their digital content and social.
