Description :
Organise and schedule consultant's workload & diaries.
Prepare meeting agendas, if required take minutes during meetings
Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for staff members
Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
Proofread and send reports to clients
Communicate with customers and customers third parties
Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
Maintain a strong working relationship with clients and other service providers (risk assessors)
Liaise with other staff members.
Requirements :
Previous scheduling experience is required
Must have good administration, organisation and clerical skills
Clear communication skills
Must be confident, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented & persistent
You should be able to give examples of time-management, workload management, & multitasking
Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
