The right candidate will deliver exceptional Sales & Support Calls as well as being able to deliver exceptional customer care skills with regards to enquiries. The candidate must be a quick learner on our Platforms, processes, and products while enjoying Sales Calls and problem solving. The candidate must be able to complete administration accurately and deliver company communications via telephone and e-mail to the highest standards.
This is not a Call Centre role! You must have a fantastic work ethic, be able to self-manage and problem solve whilst delivering exceptional customer care skills in the process to our Educational & Academic Customers.
