Description :
  • Lead the development & implementation our plan to grow revenue in line with our strategy in close collaboration with the product and digital team and other senior execs
  • Be responsible for setting & meeting overall revenue targets
  • Deepen our engagement in the Marine, Extractives & Energy, Nature Based Solutions markets in the UK & internationally
  • Develop and grow our channel partnerships with the environmental consulting industry
  • Coach & motivate the business development team
  • Manage our Marketing Director to support the delivery of sales growth & brand goals
  • Guide future investment in product development & R&D to ensure strong product market fit
  • Support contract negotiation, partnership development & international expansion
  • Build & maintain long-standing relationships with key clients & partners
  • Provide regular business reporting
Requirements :
  • Experience of sales leadership in a business with SaaS / Digital products
  • Expert at managing high performing sales teams & delivering ambitious revenue growth
  • Experience of leadership in a high growth, VC/PE backed sales environment
  • Track record of building and growing successful businesses, products or departments
  • Effective at growing long-term relationships with clients
  • Skilled in negotiating commercial contracts
  • A background in sectors such as biodiversity management, ecology, biodiversity, conservation or similar would be an advantage
