Description :
  • Act as the first point of contact and build/maintain a professional relationship with the company’s costumers
  • Contribute to expanding loyalty and promoting awareness
  • Ensure day-to-day client satisfaction is delivered
  • Support costumers via email/phone/screen-share/in-person meeting/online presentation
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, key accounts and executive sponsors while communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Ensure planning and solution respect deadlines
  • Manage forecast and key account metrics
  • Ensure continued personal development is maintained with a specific focus on architecture and design of emerging technologies
  • Always look for new opportunities to integrate new clients with the Business Development team
  • Liaise between customers and the creative team.
Requirements :
  • 5+ years of sales experience with an agency background is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent prioritizing, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe suite, Canva and Google Apps.
  • Natural relation builder with deep digital understanding
