Administration and Scheduling -Supporting the National Leader and Deputy National Leader in their work including scheduling, travel and meeting planning.
Coordinate the National Team London Office, tracking cross-cutting projects such as preparation of the Annual Report.
Supporting the National Team to improve processes through improved use of SharePoint, MSTeams and other IT.
Board Secretary – to act as secretary to the National Board, writing minutes, maintaining governance and compliance records, and coordinating logistics and papers for the Board meetings and the AGM.
Planning Events and Meetings – coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of L’Arche national meetings and maintaining the national calendar of key events.
Research and project Management – Research best practice, policy and opportunities for partnerships as required.
Recruitment and On-Boarding: Support National Team members to recruit new people and bring them on-board.
Supporting the National Leader and National Board Chair to recruit and induct new trustees.
