Managing email campaigns throughout the customer/member lifecycle to maximise sales of our qualifications, training and events portfolio.
Some website updating to support team member’s workload, ensuring content is accurate, in correct tone of voice and easy to navigate.
Using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create assets to support campaigns.
Work closely with the key stakeholders to create campaigns to increase sales, drive recruitment and retention of our members and non-members.
Understanding of the analysis of email marketing campaigns and development of recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
Experience using an Email marketing systems
Basic understanding of Google Analytics
Strong commercial writing skills for web and print
