Responding at pace to both inbound and outbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and by your colleagues in the telesales team.
Building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Effective use of the CRM platform for forecasting and pipeline management and ensuring customer data is always up to date and accurate.
Day to day engagement with both existing and potential customers to develop a strong brand presence for the company, and to build an extended Business network within the territory.
Working closely with your sales and marketing team colleagues to redefine the business proposition where needed, and to develop great sales techniques and effective sales collateral.
To work closely with the Customer Experience teams to ensure we provide a fast, issue free customer installation, and swift resolution of any issues ensuring you always exceed customer expectations.
Support newer members of the team, helping them meet the company's standards the team need to achieve.
Requirements :
Proven sales experience and success is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the Fibre Broadband market would be beneficial.
A positive attitude, and bundles of energy and enthusiasm.
A very keen eye for detail.
High levels of self motivation.
Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
