• As a Staff Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of compassionate, person-centred care to the ex-service people that enables them to lead a rich and fulfilling life.  
• Contributing to the assessment and formulation of individual care plans, you will record and audit the delivery of care plans and report any safeguarding concerns where necessary.
• Providing excellent leadership to our client’s Health Care Assistants and Care Leads, you will observe the delivery of care and provide feedback to ensure consistently high standards.

- To be a Level 1 Adult Registered Nurse

- Experience of working as a Staff Nurse

- Knowledge of the care needs of elderly and disabled people

- The ability to maintain clear and legible documentation

- Relevant clinical skills

- Strong computer skills

- Excellent communication skills
