Develop skills paths, (which might be supported by training courses/reading materials) for each IM role for IHSE
Provide IM Induction training forums on Parliamentary Policy and Standards for IHSE staff
Promote ACT training modules with regular communications to IHSE staff
Raise awareness of IM responsibilities for each IM role (DIRO, RO's, IAO's, Data Stewards, DPO, Information Managers, General Users etc.) to IHSE staff
Assess training needs, develop, and deliver a range of development tools (classroom, e-learning, briefing papers) for a variety of audiences on behalf of IHSE
Provide Common Data Environment (CDE) support for document storage activities (Extract, Transform & Load) within IHSE
Cleanse, purge, map, move, improve, and normalise content in line with IHSE's Reference and Master Data Management (RMDM) Model on behalf of IHSE
Requirements :
Criterion 1
Functional skills and Experience:
Experience of system administration, security and information security policies
Experience of serving as a focal point of contact for the transfer of sensitive and restricted information between teams and third parties.
Desirable:
Experience of training others and raising awareness of information security.
Criterion 2 - Problem Solving
Experience of bringing analytical, high-level problem-solving skills that allow for effective and efficient resolution of high-level information security Issues.
Criterion 3 - General Information Management
Experience of managing and configuring physical security, disaster recovery and data backup systems, and of running security audits
