A highly successful London based publisher of scientific journals and digital products is looking for an experienced digital professional to be responsible for the management and growth of their digital content hubs, which serve the medical and scientific communities with news, podcasts, webinars and much more! The Head of Digital Content will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital products and a team of digital editors, and is a super opportunity for the right person to take ownership of growing a strong digital portfolio within a collaborative working environment.
The successful person will have strong team management experience, with proven experience of building relationships in the industry, setting strategies and overseeing multiple moving parts to best optimise these strategies. You will have some experience from a digital-centred role, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify key levers and manipulate them to boost audience membership. You should have strong familiarity with SEO and the ability to develop a long-term strategy for the digital sites. We are looking for a person who can work collaboratively, with great time and team management skills, who is looking for a role they can put their mark on. A familiarity with science would be useful but is not essential as it is more important that the successful person is a fast learner and is able to gain a strong understanding of the company’s products quickly.
