Description :
  • Organise and schedule consultant's workload & diaries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, if required take minutes during meetings
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for staff members
  • Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
  • Proofread and send reports to clients
  • Communicate with customers and customers third parties
  • Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients and other service providers (risk assessors)
  • Liaise with other staff members.
Requirements :
  • Previous scheduling experience is required
  • Must have good administration, organisation and clerical skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Must be confident, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented & persistent
  • You should be able to give examples of time-management, workload management, & multitasking
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
