  • To deliver a high-quality night support service offering flexibility and choice in methods of intervention, consultation and advice to young people
  • To provide timely and appropriate interventions to meet the needs of the individual outside of core hours
  • Provide a consistent approach with the team to ensure young people achieve sustained independence as the goal
  • Incident management and to provide a high-quality incident reports and handover for day staff, using Inform. (Full training provided)
  • First response emergency first aid where required (full training provided)
  • Coordination of evening activities where applicable such as cooking support, games, movie night, arts and crafts.
