Experience in delivering cleaning and/or estates services Leadership skills and management experience Excellent organisation and time management skills, with experience in scheduling works and managing third-party contractors A sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Good communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service Ability to use Microsoft Office GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English, City & Guilds Cleaning and Support Services Skills Level 3 and/or BICS qualifications The ability to travel across Tower Hamlets and attend evening meetings if needed
