Communicating with key customers by phone and email, providing advice and updates on the software portfolio, and communicating important feedback from customers
Supporting the internal and overseas communications
Interaction with CRM systems; supporting with database management
Assisting the Sales Director with copywriting and sales presentations for customer meetings
Assist with admin processes involved with the online MSc Programme
Advising clients on software’s, identifying areas where to add value and helping incoming quotes from prospective customers
Checking data accuracy for incoming purchase orders and contacting clients to obtain missing information
Providing data and reports to help with sales reports and customer presentations
Assisting in managing the renewal and tracking of customer maintenance support agreements
Liaising with delivery companies to ensure timely pick up and deliveries
Effectively chasing invoices and recovering unpaid debt from clients
Have accurate knowledge of sales targets, up to-date with new products and features
Requirements :
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You are skilled with technical abilities, proficient with email, voicemail and Microsoft Office
You have strong communication and listening skills on the phone and via written communication
You are highly numerate
You have some CRM experience
You have great organisation and time management skills, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
