  • Design Technology or Art specialist
  • UK QTS a MUST
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience – ideally inner city
  • Have a consistent track record of Good / Outstanding practice
  • Strong academic background: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree (ideally 2:1 or 1st class)
  • Clearly show passion, talent & ability to engage within the classroom
  • Be ready for a lead role – previous management experience an advantage
