Responsible for the accurate transfer of sales data leading to the creation and distribution of invoices.
Encourage and oversee sales team use of the CRM/Booking system to ensure it is used to company expectations.
Manage and maintain data quality that is being produced by Sales Team.
Primary point of contact for Finance queries in relation to generated invoices.
Assisting the operations of the sales cycle, potentially including drawing up quotes, downloading systems statistics, updating relevant sales documents and systems.
Daily support of Sales teams in administrative issues.
General administrative support, including up keep of document library.
Recognise, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organisation.
Create and maintain Sales dept. policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
Requirements :
Proven experience supporting senior management and sales teams
Proven experience in an office support role
Experience in Client development desirable but not essential
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems desirable but not essential
The understanding of data quality and adherence to minimum data sets
Previous experience supporting management and sales teams desired
Meticulous organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously and to consistently re-prioritise tasks
Proactively identify on-going, recurring problems and use initiative to resolve them promptly
