Lead the development & implementation our plan to grow revenue in line with our strategy in close collaboration with the product and digital team and other senior execs
Be responsible for setting & meeting overall revenue targets
Deepen our engagement in the Marine, Extractives & Energy, Nature Based Solutions markets in the UK & internationally
Develop and grow our channel partnerships with the environmental consulting industry
Coach & motivate the business development team
Manage our Marketing Director to support the delivery of sales growth & brand goals
Guide future investment in product development & R&D to ensure strong product market fit
Support contract negotiation, partnership development & international expansion
Build & maintain long-standing relationships with key clients & partners
Provide regular business reporting
Requirements :
Experience of sales leadership in a business with SaaS / Digital products
Expert at managing high performing sales teams & delivering ambitious revenue growth
Experience of leadership in a high growth, VC/PE backed sales environment
Track record of building and growing successful businesses, products or departments
Effective at growing long-term relationships with clients
Skilled in negotiating commercial contracts
A background in sectors such as biodiversity management, ecology, biodiversity, conservation or similar would be an advantage
