Promoting the technology outputs from the programme and developing the links with our 26 industrial and end-user Project Partners and building new partnerships. Communicating and promoting the research results, achievements, and impacts of our programme; Day-to-day administration of the research programme, including the organisation of events, meetings and outreach activities. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for the technology underpinning the internet, excellent communication skills as well as outstanding administrative and organisational abilities, an eye for detail and initiative.
Applicants must be educated to university first degree level or higher. They should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and literacy skills, including the ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences. Experience of working as an effective administrator and/or PA is essential as well as experience of events organisation. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate skills in digital/social media marketing and have the ability to produce documents for the web using Content Management Systems. Experience in a similar role within a university or industrial research programme is desirable.
