• Managing existing and new customers accounts, dealing with customers over the phone and building a relationship with them and learn the products they buy
• Handling orders - producing estimates, delivery notes and invoices
• No cold calling, no daily sales targets
• Processing orders - collecting and packing products, requires manual labour and lifting in the warehouse
• The position is office and warehouse based
• Learning technical information on products sold
• Dealing with new enquiries, upsell and promote new products
 

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, where telephone skills are vital
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email)
• Relevant customer service and sales experience a minimum of 2 years
• Able to work independently in a busy environment
• Processing, packaging and dispatching incoming orders, able to lift heavy boxes
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, as well as Windows, with further IT training provided
