Management of Senior Technician, Onsite Technicians, Roaming Technicians, and Apprentices within the local schools’ IT Cluster, including regular one to ones and meetings.
Ensure that your team work to Ark’s SLAs for incidents and service requests. Manage changes, problems, escalations, and major incidents to resolution
Delegate duties and tasks to members of your team including Senior Technician, Onsite Technician, Roaming Technician and Apprentices
To Manage and Oversee: device life cycles, device warranties, proactive checks of equipment, licences, asset registers and technical documentation
Ensure that your team have the tools and necessary training to carry out their roles with their defined responsibilities
To manage the operational relationship with each school within your IT Service Cluster and be the first point of escalation for schools
Requirements :
Evidence of managing an IT Operations Team and Service to a number of schools
Evidence of well-developed ICT skills
Obtain experience of successfully and consistently delivering an IT Operational service model
Motivated to become an exceptional people manager (develop, coach, inspire and motivate people)
Be able to quickly establish productive relationships with an operational contact within each school
