Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing activity including the development and maintenance of the central Study website and paid-for advertising campaigns.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate the user experience and identify critical conversion points across multiple digital marketing channels, including paid-for advertising and organic sources.
Lead SEO and SEM strategy planning.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against student recruitment diversity targets (critical metrics and return on investment).
Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to ensure the integration of content across relevant digital channels.
Develop and monitor digital marketing budgets.
Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to improve marketing results.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the sector.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative approaches for reaching students in new markets.
Develop digital marketing staff by providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements :
A degree, or equivalent, ideally in Marketing or Business or another relevant field, or equivalent experience in a similar or related role(s).
Experience of formulating, leading and evaluating multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
Experience of leading the development of and content production for high-traffic, complex websites and managing web user journeys and optimising for conversion and for SEO purposes.
Understanding of SEO, SEM and UX principles and digital marketing practices.
Clear understanding of the marketing (sales) funnel.
Strategic problem solver with the ability to spot opportunities.
Experience of running projects across different teams within an organisation.
Experience of managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
