Development of project artefacts such as Communications Strategy, Training Strategy, Business Case etc. as required.
Define Work Packages required to support the Horizon project and EIM.
Engagement with IM Team Lead, Coordination Manager, Industry Partner, Subject Matter Experts and Working Groups to facilitate project planning and reporting.
Overall project planning and scheduling.
Maintain the Horizon project and Risk Register and Issues Log.
Report on progress with Highlight Reports, Monthly Updates etc.
Specifying quality requirements of project management documentation.
Ensure the security and preservation of the master copies of all project management documentation.
Requirements :
Criterion 1 - Functional skills and knowledge
Experience and time spent planning, leading, directing, and managing projects on large-scale transformation initiatives
Experience of leading significant Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Projects and programmes within similarly complex organisations with engagement from external Third Parties and SME's
Criterion 2 - Project Management
Experience of large-scale transformation initiatives as a programme / project manager using waterfall, agile and matrix management.
Experience of being a business / IT interface or trusted advisor
Experience of delivering an entire project from ideation to fruition, clarifying its scope, strategy, necessary resources, anticipated timeframe and communication strategy.
Criterion 3 - Commercial Acumen
Experience of developing technical project management outputs required for moving a project forward such as Business Case, Communications Plan, Training Needs Analysis, Migration Plan etc
