These roles are co-located across Children’s Services and CAMHS Community Teams; delivering direct work to children and young people and their families. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between local area children's social care teams and CAMHS, using both CAMHS System One and Children’s Services LCS.
You will contribute to the development of reflective and systemic thinking within Children’s Services, offering a mentoring role around the identification and appropriate treatment pathways for children experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.
Requirements :
Good communication & engagement skills
Evidence of effective partnership working
Delivering 1-1 therapeutic interventions to young people (therefore, a minimum of two years therapeutic intervention experience or training in this area will be required)
