The purpose of this role is to work with teams across the organisation to create, edit, and publish content on the website as well as support the delivery of the devolved content approach, training and working with digital authors. The post holder will support the rest of the team with our client's website migration to Drupal 9, especially with the content migration, ensuring the new content is created in line with the organisation's values and UX best practices. This role will work especially closely with colleagues in the Digital Engagement team to plan effective cross-channel user journeys, building bespoke landing pages and updating web content as required. The Website Officer will make recommendations to improve existing content on website, from an editorial, UX, and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) perspective, as well as analysing data and stats to develop content having the purpose to engage with supporters and generate donations and event sign-ups.
