- Own and manage the tech stack and data for sales operations
- Manage contact lists, enrichment, lead allocation and tracking
- Support SDR campaigns, automation and cadences
- Align sales and marketing to drive go-to-market campaigns
- Build and maintain dashboard with key metrics for sales performance, pipeline, forecasts etc
- Uncover data-driven insights to make operational recommendations
- Refine and improve lead qualification
- Proven experience in sales/revenue/growth ops in high-growth SaaS business
- Hands-on experience working with HubSpot
- Strong database management and analytical skills, including Excel
- Experience in building out marketing and sales tech stacks and processes
- Ability to enforce process compliance
- Passion for research, trend spotting and troubleshooting
