* Manage the planning and delivery of training and development activity for groups of young people in collaboration with trainers and coaches.
* Develop and manage systems to track and monitor performance and progression.
* Managing and support a network of trainers and coaches across education and industry to assist in planning, budget management, event delivery and procurement.
* Have insights into global skills systems and practices to improve the quality of teaching, training, and assessment to raise the capacity in educators to deliver a world-class education in the UK.
* Drive the planning of activities and events to capture insights from international benchmarking to improve standards of teaching, training, and assessment.
* Contribute towards the overall management, delivery, and evaluation of international competitions and insights programme.
* Effectively manage resources (including staff, agencies, suppliers, volunteers, and partners) so that all project elements are delivered to acceptable standards on time, to budget and meet the required outcomes.
