Support the design, development, and delivery of policies in line with the managing concerns strategy delivery plan.
Undertake high quality desk-based research, analysis and horizon scanning to support policy creation and progression.
Liaise with teams across the organisation, including the Data and Insight team and other operational teams, to make sure that sound evidence is collated, and operational considerations are reviewed to enhance the coordination and delivery of policy work.
Possess a good understanding of the principles of policy making.
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to work independently, prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
Ideally be a graduate (or have equivalent experience) and should be able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the demands of working within a statutory framework, regulatory or similar environment.
