Understand & develop buyer personas & customer journeys
Strong email marketing experience including planning and setting up campaigns using email marketing software (such as Active Campaign or MailChimp), as well as tracking, testing and reporting
Manage the content creation for social channels, including creating, posting, scheduling marketing content when needed
Achieve all set KPIs, produce detailed reports and presentations where necessary
Provide regular key reporting to Directors and management teams
Research competitors' products, services and marketing activities
Ensure a high-quality consistent service delivery and manage work schedules
Working closely with the agency team, managing and delegating tasks and managing workflow
Overseeing their part-time Social Media & Community Exec and their tasks/workflow
Requirements :
Previous experience as a digital marketing manager or relevant marketing management level position
Leadership and relationship management skills, along with strong time and project management skills
Extensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including SEO, content marketing, on and off-page optimisation, link building, social media, email marketing and conversion optimisation
Confident and insightful content marketer who can use social media to engage and promote
Confident & clear communicator, with excellent written skills including editing & proofing
