Reception duties, including managing incoming phone calls/emails/post and greeting guests and visitors to the office, booking transport, couriers
Assistance with meeting prep, refreshments and tidy up Monitoring general studio email accounts and taking action (reply/forward/escalate) as necessary
Monitoring stock levels weekly and replenishing supplies as required General administrative assistance to studio
IT:
Liaising with our external IT service providers to process open tickets and follow up stalled tickets
Assistance with IT project work and new system implementation
Assisting with the installation of computer hardware, software and peripherals, including moving equipment around the studio
General, basic ICT troubleshooting
Helping manage stocks of ICT equipment, consumables, and other supplies
Facilities:
Frequent walk rounds of the studio to ensure tidiness and supplies replenished
Ensuring walkways/corridors are kept free of obstructions
Assisting to reconfigure the office layout to better suit the needs of the practice
Helping to keep the kitchen and other communal spaces safe and tidy Stock control of kitchen, bathrooms, workshop
Requirements :
Understanding of computer hardware/components Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience preferable
Awareness of CAD software used in architecture is helpful Clear and polite phone manner
