(a) B Sc Physics from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subject

OR

Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in Physics with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

(b) B Ed in Physical Science

(c) Proficiency in English speaking

(d) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) / Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper –II conducted by CBSE / appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for this purpose.
