Conducting assessments: You may conduct assessments of clients' eligibility for immigration programs based on their qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, and other criteria.
Staying up-to-date with immigration laws and policies: You will need to stay current with changes to Canadian immigration laws and policies to ensure that you are providing accurate advice to clients.
Networking and marketing: You may need to network with other immigration professionals and market your services to potential clients.
Maintaining accurate records: You will need to maintain accurate records of all client files, including correspondence, forms, and other documents related to the case.
Adhering to professional standards: You will need to adhere to professional standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and maintain your license as an immigration consultant.
