Description :
  • Support for cloud-related emergencies and other critical cases;
  • Participate in troubleshooting, deployment and integration of solutions;
  • Participate in customer workshops, provide solutions and technical expertise;
  • Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor other team members;
  • Interact with customers, third party vendors and other service delivery organizations.

 
Requirements :
  • At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent;
  • More than 3 years of professional experience is required;
  • Proven experience in an IT support engineer position;
  • The main skill is the cloud;
  • Knowledge of 5G Core is an asset;
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, such as cloud native, NFVI and SDI;
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting 5GC NF and 5G EPC nodes/platforms on cloud infrastructure;
  • Hands-on experience installing/integrating cloud platforms/stacks; For example, CCD, Vanilla Kubernetes, OCP, CEE, RHOSP and VMware.
  • Knowledge of IP networks;
  • BUGS and ETCP certifications are an asset.
